T-shirt and Print orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Greetings Cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to the address provided at checkout for all Royal Mail Tracked orders. Options to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.

All items are made to order. Please consider this when ordering during busy periods, such as Christmas. We are a very small team and your order means the world to us so we like to take our time with it. Turnaround time is between 2-5 days with delivery time on top of that. Prices for shipping abroad start from £12.99. All International Orders are sent with the Royal Mail International Tracked service. The same email confirmation (as above) applies. Royal Mail claim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 days and to North America within 5-7 days. However, delivery can take up to 21 days. Please consider this at busy periods.

Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when purchased. Any refunds will be returned to the original payment method and time taken processing the refund may depend on your bank.
